Comment/Synopsis

After a small time con artist (Clark Gable) accidentally kills a man he runs off and leaves his girlfriend (Jean Harlow) to be sent to a reformatory. Once there she discovers she is pregnant and he turns his life around. The film is dominated by the performance of Jean Harlow in one of her stronger dramatic roles. Clark Gable has is usual charm.
