The jealous owner of a shipping company (Colin Clive) is being divorced by his wife (Jean Arthur). He sets up a man to compromise her, but she is rescued by a chef (Charles Boyer). They fall in love but are pursued by her husband. Whilst the plot is not really beleivable, it does hold your attention, not least because of the performances from Jean Arthur and Charles Boyer. There is an interesting climax when the ship hits an iceberg mirroring the Titanic only with lessons learnt.
