The new financial chief of a hospital (Kristoffer Polaha) annouces redundances to save money, including the head of the special care baby unit (Sharon Lawrence). One of the staff (Emilie Ullerup) organises their retirement party and along the way starts to develop an affection for the financial chief. This is a typical plot of a couple who are initialy antagonistic who then fall in love with each other. Emilie Ullerup and Sharon Lawrence are fine in the lead roles, it is just that the material is not that strong.
