A man is burnt to death for being a warlock and 100 years later a relative returns to the house but the dead man's spirit starts to take over his body and take revenge on those who burned him to death. Vincent Price is suitable menacing in both roles with good support from Debra Paget as his wife. The script is patchy meaning the films ends up as uneven.
