When a group of men who hunt people instead of animals kill a girl's father, she (Yancy Butler) enlists the help of Jean Claude Van Damme, a hard nosed sailor to find the killers. This is a violent film as Van Damme kills off the bad guys one by one, but is not one of John Woo's best films.
