Angharad Rees is the daughter of Jack The Ripper who witnessed the murder of her mother as a small child. Eric Porter is a psychiatrist who rescues her from a charlaton medium after she is implicated in a murder and takes her into his home. This is typical period Hammer Horror with a bit a Freudian psychology thrown in with a dose of early slasher blood and gore.
