Janeane Garofalo is a music critic who is struggling to commit to her boyfriend Kris Holden-Reid. To help her mother she drives across country with her mothers small dog. There a few comic moments, but this is a disappointing film as the characters are not well developed and Janeanne Garofalo has dome much better work.
