Alec Baldwin is a crook who is double crossed on a job returning a man to Mexico, only he is double crossed and ends up in prison. James Woods makes a deal with his wife, Kim bassinger to get hom out of prison in return for favours and another job. However they are double crossed again so go on the run, meanwhile Michael Nadsen Kidnapps Jennifer Tilley and her husband to follow Alec Baldwin and Kim Bassinger. The characters are not particulary developed, Kim bassinger exposes plenty of flesh and the best part is the final violent gun fight. This is essentially a remake of the 1972 version by Sam Peckinpah with Steve McQueen. The film is based on the novel by Jim Thompson.
