A pair of newspaper repo rters find their carriage separated from the rest of the train and end up in a small country where a scientist is using gamma rays to change people into either mindless drones or geniuses. The plot and the cience are nonsense,but Leslie Philips brings the odd bit of humour and Eva Bartok some elegance to the film.
