In the future as earth's climate gets colder people flee through a worm hole to another planet, but after a few hundered years those on the new planet stop new arrivals from earth. A man (Stephen Moyer) fleeing earth and a girl (Tala Gouveia) from the new planet have to work together to change attitudes and work to bring the two groups together. The film mixes set piece action/disaster sequences on a spaceship with flashbacks to earth to explain why Stephen Moyer left earth.The film seems more of a series of set pieces with problems with a thin plot with various holes and unexplained science.
