Just before the premier of her new film, the star (Jane Russell) of the Kidnapped Bride is herself kidnapped (Ralph Meeker and Keenan Wynn), but is it real or a publicity stunt? The kidnap plot runs into problems and she is then worried about how it will affect her career. The plot is thin and the script variable, so not a classic film, however the combination of Jane Russell and Ralph Meeker is sufficiently engaging to make this worth watching.
