The owner of a flower shop (Brooke Shields) has her car damaged in a hit and run accident and this leads her to investigate which leads into murder and corruption. This is a variation on the amateur detective being a better investigator than the police.The flower shop is a very loose link to the plot, but the problem is the the script is not very good, especially the dialogue. This was the first film in the series.
