An 11 year old girl discovers a body in the gounds of her house and as she starts to investigate the death she unearths secrets about the past of both her father and her mother. This is a teenage mystery that is based on a novel. The story is set in 1951 and is told by Molly Belle Wright from her perspective and speaks directly to the audience. The plot revolves around a rare stamp that went missing when her father was at schools and someone was murdered. it also hints that her mother was a war time spy.
