An upper middle class woman (Imelda Staunton) suddenly discovers that her husband has been having an affair with her best friend (Josie Lawrence) so leaves him and moves in with his older sister (Celia Imrie) who lives on a council estate in London. There she rediscovers herself especially through a dance class. This is a bitter sweet British comedy/drama that deals with life, death, relationships and friendship. This is funny, entertaining and also serious that has good performances from Imelda Staunton, Celia Imrie and Timothy Spall.
