The background story of of how J M Barrie wrote the story of Peter Pan and his relationship with a widow and her four sons who were the inspiration for the story. Although probably not vey close to reality. Johnny Depp shows his ability to act rather than overact and Kate Winslet gives another excellent performance that grounds the film in some sort of reality. The relationship between the two being platonic.
