The air force are testing an new radar using atomic power but when the locals start dying strangely the finger is pointed towards the atomic power plant. However itturns out a scientist is using power from the atomic plant to make his thoughts become a physical reality, which are brain with spinal cords as tails that are killing people. This is an interest variation on the monsters caused by atomic power but with some different but effective effects for the monsters.
