Bob Hoskins is a catering manager in a Birmingham factory and Elaine Cassidy is a young Irish girl who meets him whilst looking for her boy friend. Their stories are told in flash back as their relationship develops it becomes clear that Bob Hoskins motives are far from innocent. Bob Hoskins gives a good creepy performance and Elaine Cassidy gives a good performance as the young innocent. The mood of the film is enhanced by a good and effective sound track.
