The Falcon's brother is supposedly murdered on a ship from South America, but then the two of them investigate who was behind it and discover Nazi spies behind a fashion magazine. This was the fourth and final Falcon film with George Sanders as he passes the lead in the series over to Tom Conway. This is typical of the series with Tom Conway runnng around being followed by fashion reporter Jane Randolph.
