A carnival con-man and his adopted daughter arrive in a town where she falls in love with a local and he tries to con the residents. This is basically a vehicle for Robert Woolsey in his only film without his normal partner Bert Wheeler and is disappointing. The only highlight is the presence of Anita Louise.
