A real estate seller (Joan Seller) takes a group of potential investor on a boat ride to see a potential investment site, only to find it is already inhabited by giant flesh eating ants. There is lots of running around and screaming and some ant effects. This is the sort of film that is so bad you have to keep watching and not even Joan Collins can rescue this.
