When the scientist father of the girl he wants to marry refuses to let her marry a poor man, he comes up with a plan for making money by persuading a tramp to pretend to be a mummy for an experiment for the scientist. An entertaining comedy particularly from Joel Day as the tramp/mummy and an early performance from Constance Talmadge.
