An MI6 agent (Clive Owen) and a CIA agent (Julia Roberts) leave their organisations and start working in industrial security. They come up with a plan to make money by playing two companies off against each other but they do not trust each other and neither is sure if the other one will not double cross the other. The story is told in a series of flash backs as a device to bring some interest to the story but ends up just being confusing and too convoluted. Julia Roberts and Clive Owens both give good performances despite the problems with the story line.
