Comment/Synopsis

A newly qualified doctor (Dirk Bogarde) struggles to survive various jobs with assorted doctors, staff and wives. This is one of a series of British comic Doctor films with a solid cast of British Actors. Dirk Bogarde is fine in the lead role with good support from Muriel Pavlow as his long suffering girlfriend. Shirley Eaton as the nurse and James Robertson Justice as the classic arrogant consultant.
