A dentist (Corbin Bernsen) has a successful practice and a beautiful wife (Linda Hoffman), but when he discovers her having an affair with the pool man he descends into madness as he starts exacting revenge on people starting with his wife and various people in his practice. This is less horror and more gore with black comic humour.
