Jennifer Connelly is in the middle of a divorce with Dougray Scott and moves out to a flat in an apartment block near a good school for her daughter. However after they move in they are haunted by a leak in the ceiling and strange noises. This is a good remake of the earlier 2002 Japanese film that is well produced and filmed with a good performance from Jennifer Connelly and a nice supporting performance from Pete Postlewaite.
