The estate caretaker (Albert Sharpe) is about to be replaced a younger man (Sean Connery) when he captures the king of the leprechauns to get him to bring his daughter (Janet Munro) and his replacement together. This is an entertaining Disney fantasy with a few musical numbers. It is also an early Sean Connery film in a more romantic role as an Irishman. There is good support from Janet Munro as the daughter thinking her father is mad talking to leprechauns.
