When the chief exec of a company running dance schools dies at the company annual dance contest for executives in Malta, an American detective (Lacey Chabert) is sent undercover to find the murderer. Once in Malta she has to team up with a dancer (Will Kemp) and pretend to be husband and wife, whilst questioning the suspects and dancing in the dance competition. The murder plot is not the best even for a made for television murder mysteries. Lacey Chabert claims she cannot dance but suddenly becomes a very good ballroom dancer to level she could not acheive in a couple of days. The Malta setting provides the outside shots with some great backgrounds. Lacey Chabert is pleasant in the lead role and unusual as a detective.
