In a future world where cyborgs are common place, Anegelina Jolie is a cyborg who has been implanted with an explosive by the company that made her, so that she can infiltrate and destroy their rival company. However she falls in love with human Elias Koteas and they go on the run with the help of the enigmatic Jack Palance. This is not a good example of the dark science fiction android film, not least beacuse Angelina Jolie is an android and not a cyborg.
