Comment/Synopsis

A man (Leslie Phillips) who cannot stop himself stealing and is signed up to Crooks Anonymous by his girlfriend (Julie Christie) who will only marry him if he reforms. He completes the 12 step program but temptation is all around especially as Santa in a department store. Leslie Phillips is entertaining in the lead with good support from an early performance from Julie Christie. This is a light British comedy.
