Two scientists discover that the serum they have produced has adverse effects of turning people in killer monsters. They disagree about continuing the research, but it takes several deaths before the the daughter (Janis Wilson) of one of the scientists uncovers the truth. The plot is not orriginal and there are better variation. Janis Wilson gives some wide eyed close-ups with screaming.
