Piper Perabo is a young woman who wants to be song writer so she moves to New York to try and further her career. The only job she can find is as a waitress / bar dancer in a New York bar but she still persues her dream to be a singer and song writer. There is very little plot and no depth to the characters. The best part of the film is the sound track.
