An event planner (Janel parrish) goes home for Christmas only to find her parents have not organised the usual Christmas celebrations at the hotel they own so she sets about organising one. Her parents are in the process of selling the hotel to Ryan Paevey who arrives with his son. The plot is not original and has little in they way of twists.
