On a cruise ship a Broadway producer is found dead after a card game and a lady (Aileen Pringle) who knew him and is an actress is the chief suspect, but an amateur detective (Jameson Thomas) who fancies her helps solve the murder. This early sound murder mystery is very static as most of it was filmed onboard a ship. Aileen Pringle and Dodorthy Christie are good given the material they had to work with.
