The owner of a railway company (Frank Craven) is in the process of taking over another company when his doctor tells him take a holiday. At the same time a reporter (Ray Walker) pretends to be a doctor to get the story with the support of his daughter (Sally Blane). The owner falls off the train and meets up with a pair of tramps who change his views on life.
