Comment/Synopsis
The police have been investigating the disappearance of a series of girls who were dancers. When another girl is murdered thhe police suspect the owner of a theatrical agent who had links to all the girls. A female reporter (Astrid Allwyn) starts to investigate and discovers her uncle is a silent partner in the agency. For a film made during the Hayes Code period it has girls being sold off as prostitutes, albeit unsaid given the censorship. The plot is OK, but nothing special.
