A lifestyle guru (Chelsea Kane) has to put on a Christmas Eve gala as part of a job interview for a new television program. The problem is they want to meet her boyfriend, but she does not have one, so persuades a man (Drew Seeley) to pretend to be her boyfriend. However when they get to the house his girl friend arrives and Chelsea kane has to balance her fake relationship with a developing relationship with the owner of the house.
