A corporate executive is sent to a small town to close down the major employer in the town just before Christmas, but when she gets there her view of the town changes and she starts to fall in love. Howard Hessman is the star of the film as the founder of the company brought back by Abigail Hawk to help her. The problem with the film is that Abigail Hawke's character has no charm and Rene Zellweger plays the equivalent role in the better film New In Town.
