Daniel Craig took over the role of James Bond in this the 21st Bond film. This is set at the begining of James Bond's career as he has just become a 00, however the setting is contemporary. The storyline is uneven with the violent set piece scenes of the first half sitting uncomfortably with smaller more intimate scenes of the second half.
