A doctor (Jim Dale) is sent to Soth Sea Island as punishment, but there meets a man (Sidney James) who has discovered a slimming potion which he brings back to England and sets up a successful weight loss clinic. The Carry On team do another hospital based film. This is a mixed bag, with some good scenes and some standard jokes.
