Lee Van Cleef is an Apache and an army captain sent to investigate a murder and during his investigation meets various people who have heard the phrase "April Morning". This is a curious film that is not great in its direcdtion and editing but the performances from both Lee Van Cleef and Carroll Baker are watchable.
