Comment/Synopsis

A restaurant manager (Adolphe Menjou) who owes a lot of money, blackmails a man (Tyrone Power) who who owes him money as a gambling a debt to impersonate a Russian count and con a rich American heiress (Loretta Young) into giving them money. This is an entertaining light romantic comedy with good performances from Loretta Young and Tyrone Power, despite Tyrone Power's very variable and at times incongruous accent.
