A senior Scotland Yard policeman is kidnapped to Afrcia so Bulldog Drummond sets out to save him with the help of his butler and fiance and their wedding day. In many ways this is one of the better films in the series with a good combination of plot action and ligth comedy. This is the second time Heather Angel played Phyllis and she brings a feisty approach to the character. There is an early performance from Anthony Quinn.
