John Wayne is an American policeman sent to London to extracdite a major criminal but before John Wayne can get to him the suspect is kidnapped and so John Wayne has to work with the local police (Richard Attenborough and Judy Geeson) to find him. This is more a British crime thriller of the 1970's than a typical John Wayne film.
