A man (Robert Ayres) stops his car to help a man lying in the road. He is attacked by the man and suffers memory loss, whilst his attacker dies in car accident. After beng looked after by a family (Jennifer Jayne) he goes to find who he is and discovers that he is about to be buried by his wife (Christine Norden), who then conspires with her boyfriend (Paul Kenton) to kill him when they discover that he is still alive.
