An aristocrat (John Turner) returns home with his new wife (Heather Sears), but the locals claim to have seen him being chased on hoseback by his first wife who committed suicide whilst he was away in another part of the country. He then starts to see an apparition of his first wife and other people get murdered. This is a Gothic style fantasy horror that revolves around John Turner apparently being able to be in two places at once and the restless soul of his dead first wife.
