Bette Midler and Liliy Tomlin each play a pair of identical twins. The two sets of twins get mixed at birth and the girls meet for the first time as adults and as business rivals. There are a some good scenes based around the farce of the twins being confused with each other that are well filmed and acted, but the film is let down by the overall plot being predictable.
