A singer is about to inherit half a department store and some the crooked employees try to kill him so Gracho Marx is employed to protect him. The plot is nonsense which contributes to this being one of the weaker Marx Brothers films. The only real highlight is the final sequence of the slapstick chase around the department store. At this stage Zeppo had left the act. This was the last of 5 films the Marx Brothers made for MGM and was billed as their final film, though they did reunite to make two more films.
