A billionaire business man visits a rural healthcare clinic in Bali and is unpleasant and arrogant to the staff and patients. However when his uncle has an accident he insists that the doctor leaves the clinic and looks after him 24 hours a day. The unlikely romance develops against a background of the uncle doing some unethical dealing within the business. There are some nice shots of the Bali countryside, but the problem is that the plot is not really believable an it is hard to see how an caring doctor would fall for such an unpleasant man even if he is rich.
