An archaeological expedition (Jeremy London) digs up stone snake dragon in Libya and transports it back to America where when it is exhibited in an exhibition it comes to life after light is reflected through a golden staff that is stolen by a greedy woman (Yancy Butler). The exhibition leader and his assistant (Wendy Carter) work with the military to try and kill the beast.
