Four women working in a depatment store persuade the floor walker (Adolphe Menjou) to share an up market house, pretend to be their father, so they can catch rich husbands. They also persuade Billie Burke to pretend to be their mother. The theme of golddigging women is not new but this has some good variations and the ups and downs of the plans plays out well. Whilst not a classic film, it is pleasant and indicative of its time.
